10:27 pm - Feeling like a slug!

Well, not in EVERY way... I've been going out a lot and having a great time, going to the gym, and enjoying California, though it hasn't been as nice this week as I'd hoped. The slug part? The fact that it's been ages since I've updated this thing. Sometimes I forget it's here.
The big news is that from Next Monday, May 2 until probably 2 weeks later, I will be back home in Texas again for a family reunion- A big one. I'm staying with my parents, so no phone sex ;-), but I'll still be checking my email.

Things have been hanging in the balance for awhile. Our company was sold awhile back to a company that didn't work out- There were some issues including the fact that I couldn't get hold of anyone "in charge" to make needed changes, get questions answered, etc. So I took time off for things to resolve themselves. It seems now that they have, partly due to aquisition by a new company (that sounds GREAT so far), and I'll be back at the site very soon- As soon as I get some personal things taken care of.
I am so looking forward to phone fucking every single one of you again and hopefully some NEW guys too!

Sheesh, it's taken me forever to post here! I've been so busy doing basically nothing lately... I went home to TX, like I said, for Thanksgiving. It was wonderful to see my family again. But it's ALSO wonderful to be here in CA, where the weather is still somewhat tolerable. I hear it's freezing cold back home.
It's not a sauna out here by any means, but it's so warm compared to north Texas, anyway...
The celebrity spotting here has been a blast! The guy I'm seeing is a semi- famous musician and when we go out and when we go to his gigs, there's always SOMEONE. I'm sure that before long the novelty will wear off, but at the moment it's still brand new and oh- so- fun. I've compiled a list of male celebrities I wouldn't mind getting together with... Some of them I hadn't even thought of until I saw them in person. It seems that most are better looking in person. Odd, since magazines always use flattering lighting, makeup, and airbrushing to make them appear superhuman.
I usually go out on weeknights, since "work" is much busier for me on weekends. It's SO hard staying in on a Saturday night, but the consolation is that there is plenty to do here on weeknights. I'm sure some of you boys will make it worth my while and call me tonight...
I know I promised a website soon, and it IS being worked on... I know it's been awhile, but I have a few new photo shoots I need to send in to be included in the galleries.

3:51 am - Home for the holidays, My first reality show addiction- and more!

I'm home in Texas for Thanksgiving. I didn't think I would because money is very tight, but my parents wouldn't have it, so dad bought me a ticket! I was going to stay at their house, but instead I'm at my sister's, where I have some privacy and where I can still do calls! I'm going back to California on Monday.
A lot of guys are shocked to hear that some of us ladies in the adult arts are family oriented. A lot of us are very much so. I come from a big, close Dallas family and we are crazy about each other. We have a BIG day planned for Thanksgiving- an early morning family breakfast, then, of course, Thanksgiving dinner and football. (I'm not personally much of a football fan, but it's a tradition around here) The ladies all go shopping together on Friday, and we usually start saying our goodbyes on Saturday. No matter what we do, it's always fun.
Now...
I rarely watch TV, but I stumbled accidentally onto a commercial for "He's a Lady" on TBS, so I checked it out. Next thing I knew, I had a full- blown addiction. Maybe it's the sissy boy loving side of me, maybe it's just the fact that the premise of this show is so different from most reality TV, plus all the contestants, even if they don't win, can take home winnings in the form of a deeper understanding of the opposite sex.
At the end of the first episode, I had picked my favorite. Albert was the guy's name, and the name he chose for his female character on the show was "Alberta". Out of drag, not really my physical type, but he was a sweet southern gentleman type with big, gorgeous eyes. In drag, it was a whole other story. Think Phoebe Cates meets Natalie Portman dressed up as Cleopatra. He was a flawless beauty. And the youngest of the group.
Over the course of 6 episodes, all but 3 were eliminated, and the series culminated tonight in a pageant where the wiinner was chosen. The 3 finalists were:
"Raven Nightshade" (Donnell): A nice looking black guy who was a personal trainer/ comedian. Sexy, muscular, and funny, but he just wasn't in his element as a woman. VERY devoted to his wife, and when asked about his time in a dress, will probably just always say "It's all for baby".
"Alberta" (Albert): A cute southern boy with dark hair, dark eyes, and a sweet demeanor engaged to a cute, chubby southern girl. She is a nanny and he works at a golf course. He wants to pay off his mom's bills and buy his fiance a ring if he wins.
"Wynonna" (David): Cute and cuddly as a man, resembles Barney Rubble a bit. A big guy, about 250 pounds, and somewhat short. As a woman, he reminds me of a favorite aunt- The one you know always has peppermints in her purse and gives the best hugs. What he lacks in physical beauty as a woman can't hold in the inner beauty that he OOZES.
The winner, in the end, was David, with Albert as first runner up. I wish they could have split the prize because they both deserved it, but I think the judges made the right choice.
I've heard the show isn't going to be done again because of boycotts from some nutty group who think it promotes immorality. Whatever. Each of these guys went home with a deeper understanding of themselves, each other, and the women in their lives, and I think it's all good. I will really miss this show!
The weather here is pretty hairy! Suddenly I miss the beach! LOL!

4:42 pm - Do you think I've dropped off the face of the earth?

Well, thankfully, if that's what you were thinking, you were wrong. I'm still here. Still taking calls too (check the site to see when I'm online). But I'm having computer problems. Major ones. Hang in there and I promise that as soon as I get the money, I'm getting a new computer!
Here's just a brief list of things I've been up to:
1- Hosting one of my siblings for a few days of R & R. We got massages, went to the beach, and slept a lot!
2- Spending lots of time at the beach, at the pool, getting a GREAT tan, and wearing much more skimpy clothing than I usually get to wear this time of year!
3- Dating a bit- nothing serious. The guy I'm seeing right now is something of a "minor" celebrity. And no, I'm not telling who it is! If it gets serious (which it probably won't!), I might let the cat out of the bag.
4- Checking out some of the great clubs in the LA area!
5- Dreaming up some VERY hot fantasies that I want to try out with you!

I can't believe I've gone a week without posting just because I'm fucking around at the beach too much! Good grief! I am having SUCH a great time, and I'm casually dating someone now (Nothing serious for me at the moment, thanks- Besides, this guy isn't commitment material). I'm starting to get settled here- Let me tell you about my place! It's great! I'm living with one of my college roommates near the coast- In fact, we live just over a block from the beach! A REAL BEACH- not just a "lake beach". I love it! It's a good thing I love my job so much, because if I didn't I would have problems with not showing up due to temptation of the beach!
The weather here is WONDERFUL! Not only is it way cooler than Texas, but the humidity is a light ocean breeze type rather than an oppressive swamp feeling. I noticed in AZ that it was just as hot as Texas but the humidity was nonexistent- I was walking around in 110 degree heat and it felt like it was about 80. I just love it out west!
I had a couple of cool celebrity sightings too! I saw Gweneth Paltrow and Chris Martin with their baby in Manhattan Beach. That was really exciting. Also, there is a great seafood place near here that serves mostly vegetarian stuff made with kelp and other sea plants. A couple of nights ago I was in there with my roommate and we saw Ahmet Zappa and Selma Blair. Very cool.
I've almost got all my stuff unpacked now, and I find that I'm going to need some new clothes! I like dressing sexy, but I don't look very "California". Good excuse to go shopping... I've realized now that I have to buy some stuff for the house- dishes, glasses, linens, stuff like that. Money is going to be tight for awhile, so I'm counting on you guys to keep me VERY busy at "work"! Soon we are going to resume work on my website- Should be up soon! I'll be sure to keep you guys updated!

Well, I'm one step closer to having my own website!

There's nothing there yet, but look for something great in the next 2 weeks. Taylor from Nice Phone Girls is building it for me, and she's really good with that sort of thing, so I'm very excited!
Now the countdown is really starting- It's now Wednesday and we leave Saturday night, then I start a new chapter of my life in sunny California! 7:32 pm - Wow- Just a week left in the great state of Texas!

I can hardly believe it- I leave here for my new home in just a week. I'm starting to feel a little nervous about all this- I'm so excited to be going to California, where there won't be any ice storms and where I can hang out at a REAL beach, not just the one at the lake. But all my family and friends are here and this is just a HUGE step for me!
My sister gave me the BEST going away gift! Most of the girls at my company have a site of their own where they have more info, more pictures, etc. I've wanted my own FOREVER, but couldn't really afford it. Well, my sister has paid to have someone host a site for me for a year, complete with my own domain name! She's also going to pay Taylor, resident web- babe, to build the site for me since I have no idea how to do that sort of thing. I won't be able to do much to help her build the site while I'm moving, but hopefully not long after I move you'll see me on my very own site!!! I'm so excited!
Two of you have offered to give me housewarming gifts and asked what I wanted or needed. That's SO sweet... Let me get back to you on that after I move. I'll probably update my Amazon wish list with things that I need once the move is complete.
This packing process is a killer- not physically so much as emotionally. I didn't think I had any emotional attachment to my place until I started packing. It's going to be SOOO different out there. Mostly in a good way, but it's still almost sad in a way.

12:30 am - California, here I come!

I've made an impulsive decision, but one that I am sure I will never regret. I am moving to Southern California! This happened sort of quickly- I was going to go out there with my mom and sister for a week in September and come home- but I've been asked by a close friend to stay out there and be roommates, and I've accepted. I haven't been living more than a couple of blocks away from at least SOME member of my family since college, so I felt this was an opportunity for me to grow in that sense as well as have some new experiences in a new place.
I will be gone from Sept 12 to probably around the 17th or so. We're driving out there with a Ryder or U Haul or something, then I imagine that it'll take a few days for me to get my stuff settled in. I can't wait!
I'm sorry it's been so long since I've written in my journal. I'm so terrible about that!
Now, I have to say something which amounts basically to a shameless plug, but if it does not get said, you guys won't know about it. We're having a contest. I have gotten VERY carried away with playing and partying in this GORGEOUS weather. Going to the lake, swimming shopping, even becoming a big kid at Six Flags! And that would be to stop procrastinating. I just realized how long it's been since I wrote in my LiveJournal. EEK! I had lunch with my sister today and she said she's been procrastinating too, so we're going to challenge each other- I came home and decided to write right away!
The weather here in the "Big D" is getting better, yay! Before you know it, we'll be back at the lake with friends, soaking up the sun and having a blast. But I promise I won't neglect my devotion to the "indoor sports"

I hope everyone had a safe and happy new year's celebration. I had a lot of fun, and I didn't get into any trouble in the process! Now that things are starting to get back to normal, it's sort of a letdown- I had a great Christmas and New Year and now evyerhing's so blah by comparision! I'm glad I have you guys as a distraction when I need some excitement!
